David Grush is a UAP whistleblower who publicly came forward in June 2023 and testified before the United States Congress that the US military and intelligence community hold extensive visual and sensor evidence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.

David Grush is a whistleblower on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) who came out publicly in June 2023¹ and testified before the United States Congress in July 2023, in what is recorded as David Grush’s 2023 congressional testimony on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).² Grush has never mentioned Immaculate Constellation.³

On 2024-11-13, Grush appeared again at the 2024 United States congressional hearing on UAPs (13 November). He testified that the US military and intelligence community possess a large amount of visual and other sensor information on UAP, including still photos, video, and other sensor data, which they have held for a long time.⁴ Some of this material, he said, is high resolution, unlike previously released blurry footage.⁵ Grush said he has been told there are hundreds, possibly thousands, of visuals, graphics, videos and photos of UAP held by the government.⁶ At the same hearing, Grush denied being familiar with a rumoured United States Department of Defense (DoD) human-genetic hybridisation programme when asked about it by Lauren Boebert.⁷

Chris Ramsay has said that Grush gave up his pension and put his own credibility on the line by publicly stating that non-human biologics and craft had been recovered and were being studied.⁸ Bob Lazar has said he respects Grush for coming forward publicly.⁹ No one else from the programme Grush described has come forward publicly.¹⁰

According to Ross Coulthart, Grush said it was highly significant to him that the 1971 US-Soviet Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) hotline agreement (Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT) talks) document had been declassified, allowing him to discuss it publicly since it was in the public domain.¹¹ Coulthart has also said that in Grush’s presentation on the steps of Congress, Grush mentioned sentient plasmoids among the life forms he was aware of, when asked by a reporter about life forms.¹² Coulthart has noted that Britain’s Condign Report inferred findings about plasma similar to Grush’s mention of sentient plasmoids, some 20 to 30 years earlier.¹³ Coulthart has further said that Grush talked about agreements he was able to discuss under Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR) clearance, potentially involving foreign adversary powers or Non-Human Intelligence regarding UAP.¹⁴

Jesse Mitchells has said that the United States government has been conducting covert reverse-engineering programmes on Unidentified Flying Object (UFO)s for approximately 70 to 80 years.¹⁵
