Franklin D. Roosevelt was President of the United States. His scientific adviser was Vannevar Bush1, who later intervened directly in the post-war recruitment of German rocket scientists (below). Albert Einstein later wrote a letter to Roosevelt that set the United States on the path to splitting the atom and building the atomic bomb.2 Richard C. Hoagland has said that the existence of the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) image PSP_008427_1380 was part of a carefully calculated strategy by someone waiting for official proof of architectural constructions on Mars, comparing it to Roosevelt’s own statement that in politics nothing occurs by accident.3
During the Second World War, the activities of the London Controlling Section (LCS) were known only to Winston Churchill, Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and a handful of senior officials, bypassing United States Congress and Parliament, according to Jacques Vallée.4 According to Messengers of Deception: UFO Contacts and Cults, the title of Anthony Brown’s book A Bodyguard of Lies comes from a remark Churchill made to Roosevelt and Joseph Stalin at the 1943 Tehran Conference, on truth in wartime needing to be attended by a bodyguard of lies.5
According to Dark Mission, when a military panel judged certain Nazi rocket scientists too unimportant to bring to the United States, Bush intervened with a scathing letter to the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA), criticising the military for not knowing elementary information about the Germans as well known in scientific circles as Churchill, Stalin, and Roosevelt were in political circles.6
Roosevelt’s domestic policies attracted more direct opposition. William Dudley Pelley’s opposition to Roosevelt increased until his eight-year internment for sedition in 1942.7 The Business Plot was an attempt to remove Roosevelt from office, exposed by Smedley Butler.8 It was planned by a group of transnational finance figures, including Morgan and DuPont, with support and encouragement from their German counterparts, in response to Roosevelt’s New Deal policies.9 Jason Samosa has said that Roosevelt wrote in a letter that financial interests had owned America since the time of Andrew Jackson.10
Jesse Mitchells has said that information about the Magenta UFO crash was back-channelled through Pope Pius XII to Roosevelt.11
